S.O.S for your Kipping Woes

Next time we approach the bar to start a kipping, I want you to keep that in mind. Keep the hollow position and hang from the bar. Think in your head, “I Push, I Pull,” then basically rinse and repeat. Do it over and over until you have a quality rhythm. Become efficient with the simple movements before advancing to higher technical movements. Hope this tip helps!!
